While you take benefit of these materials, we would like to inform you that THE CRAVERY is a registered trademark and an intellectual property of The Cravery Cakes Ltd.

Though it is a twist from the word carvery, it is not a generic word like carvery or cake. You can neither use this name nor add a pronoun and start using it as your business name. Using someone’s trademark, patent, or copyright without their permission is known as ‘IP infringement’ and could lead to a fine, prison or both. We had to deal with a few cases up to this day. Likewise, we wouldn't want to be hurt, and we wouldn't like to hurt anyone's feelings. We would like to avoid wasting our time on taking legal actions. At the end of the day, we all are hard-working talents, who wanted to make a living, who are introverts in general and love our little baking world.

Hence, please think big and create better brands. There are plenty of cakes out there for us to share, the British baking industry is worth over £3 billion.
