Our cakes must be stored in a refrigerator with a temperature below 5 degrees celsius. Improper handling and storage may result in the buttercream melting and the cakes collapsing. For the best serving experience, allow the cake to reach room temperature by taking it out of the fridge approximately 30 to 50 minutes before serving, depending on the room temperature.
