Our cakes must be stored in a refrigerator at a temperature below 5°C. Improper handling or storage may cause the buttercream to melt and the cake to lose its structure. For the best serving experience, remove the cake from the refrigerator approximately 30 to 50 minutes before serving, depending on the room temperature, to allow it to reach room temperature. Consume within 5 days of delivery.
We take great pride in creating visually stunning cakes; however, not all decorations are intended for consumption. Please ensure that all non-edible elements are carefully removed before slicing and serving. Children must not be left unattended with the cake. Some decorations may present a choking hazard or may include small, sharp, or non-edible components. Although we use high-quality professional food colourings, we recommend that edible prints are not consumed and that coloured buttercream is given to children with caution. Please note that darker buttercream colours may temporarily stain teeth and the mouth.
Customers are responsible for correct handling, storage, and transportation of the cake once it has been handed over. The Cravery Cakes cannot accept liability for any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation, including where a third-party courier arranged by the customer is used.
