Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Birthday Parties at The Cravery Cakes Booking and Payment A non-refundable booking fee of £299 is required to secure a party for up to 15 children. Each additional child is charged at £15, with a maximum of 20. Full payment is required at booking. Parties are held in 2-hour sessions every Sunday at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the party for a refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event. Rescheduling is allowed, based on availability, if notice is given 14 days in advance. No refunds or discounts for fewer than 10 children attending. Party Inclusions Parties are for children aged 7 and above. Only hosting parents/guardians may attend; other parents are not allowed at the event. We offer six themed decoration options: Peppa Pig, Princess, Frozen, Paw Patrol, Avengers, and Football. Any other themes will have neutral decorations. Each child decorates 6 cupcakes with guidance from our bakers, using professional bakery tools. They get to take home their cupcakes. All materials, certificates, plates, and cutlery are provided. A 20% discount is available for cakes purchased for the party only. Cupcake Decoration and Themes Children can decorate their cupcakes in line with the chosen theme. Instruction is provided, but children have creative freedom. Liability Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children. The Cravery Cakes is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be disclosed when booking. Photos and Social Media With parental consent, photos from the party may be used on our social media platforms. Written consent will be requested before sharing. Late Arrival Parties will start at the scheduled time and end at the designated time, regardless of late guest arrivals. Additional Children Additional children can attend, subject to availability, if confirmed 48 hours prior to the party. Music and Personalisation Parents may provide a playlist or select music. Requests for special decorations or customisations must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.
