All of our cakes contain the following allergens as standard ingredients: gluten (wheat), milk (including lactose), and eggs. Additionally, some of our cakes may contain or come into contact with soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, and sulphur dioxide (sulphites). Our cakes must be stored in a refrigerator at a temperature below 5°C. Improper handling or storage may cause the buttercream to melt and the cake to lose its structure.
