Our standard turnaround is 1–3 days — that’s our sweet spot and what most of our customers use. We also offer next day and same day delivery for those moments when a birthday sneaks up on you. The earlier you order, the more delivery date options you’ll have — especially around weekends, which fill up fast.
Can I order last minute?
Yes — and you wouldn’t believe how often we hear “I completely forgot!”

What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation straight away. Our team reviews every order personally — if we have any questions about your design we’ll reach out quickly. You’ll receive updates as your cake moves through production, and we’ll confirm your delivery slot before we set off. You’re never left wondering what’s happening.
Can I make changes after I've ordered?
Because every cake is made fresh to order and we process a high volume of orders every day, changes after ordering are very difficult to accommodate — and once your cake has moved into production, we’re unable to change the design.
This is exactly why we’d love to hear from you before you order. If you have a specific vision, a custom design, or you’re not quite sure what you want — message us on WhatsApp or call us first. We’ll talk it through together, make sure everything is exactly right, and then you place the order with complete confidence.
Getting it right from the start means your cake gets made perfectly, on time, without any stress on either side. That’s the experience we want every customer to have.
Are the cakes truly bespoke or do you work from templates?
Genuinely bespoke. Every cake starts with your idea. You tell us the theme, the colours, the name — anything you have in mind — and we design and build it around that. We don’t work from a fixed catalogue. If you can imagine it, there’s a very good chance we can make it.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
That’s completely fine — and honestly, quite common. You can give us as little as a colour and an occasion and we’ll bring the creativity. Or just message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we’ll help you figure out the design together. That’s part of the service.
What sizes and flavours do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes to suit everything from an intimate family celebration to a large party. For flavours, our most popular are vanilla, chocolate, and Red Velvet — but we have plenty more options available at checkout. If you have a specific flavour in mind, just ask.
Will my cake actually look like what I described?

Are the cakes freshly made or pre-made?
Always freshly made to order. We don’t pre-make, we don’t freeze, and we don’t sell anything from a display case. Your cake goes into production after you order it, which means what arrives at your door is as fresh as it gets. That’s non-negotiable for us.

What days and times do you deliver?
7 days a week, 8:00am to 8:00pm — including weekends and bank holidays. The only exceptions are Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, when even we take a well-earned rest.
How your delivery slot works: Around 12 hours before your delivery, we’ll send you an email confirming your one-hour delivery window. That way you’ll know exactly when to expect us — no waiting around all day wondering.
💡 Our honest recommendation: Order your cake for the day before your event and keep it refrigerated overnight. This gives you a comfortable buffer — no last-minute stress, no anxiety on the morning of the party. Your cake will be just as fresh, and you’ll enjoy the day so much more knowing it’s already safely in the fridge.
How is the cake packaged for delivery?
Every cake is carefully boxed and transported by our own team when you order directly through our website. We don’t hand your cake to a random courier — we care too much about how it arrives to do that.
Ordering via Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat? Those orders are collected and delivered by the platform’s own drivers. These are trusted, professional delivery partners — and every cake is still packaged with the same care and attention before it leaves us.
Arranging your own collection or taxi? Absolutely fine — we’ll have your order ready and boxed securely. We’ll also send you full handling instructions so whoever is collecting knows exactly how to transport it safely. A flat surface, a steady hand, and no sharp corners — we’ll walk you through everything.
Whichever way your cake travels to you, it leaves our hands in perfect condition. Getting it there safely is a team effort — and we’ll always do our part.
What if nobody is home when the cake arrives?
Around 12 hours before your delivery, we’ll send you your one-hour delivery slot by email. Please make sure a responsible adult is available at the delivery address to receive your cake — this is really important, especially for celebration cakes that need to go straight into the fridge.
If something unexpected comes up on the day and you’re not going to be home, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work something out.
What happens if we can’t reach you: Our driver will call you directly on arrival. If we’re unable to get through, we will not leave your cake on the doorstep or with a neighbour — because a fresh celebration cake needs to be refrigerated, and we’re not willing to compromise on that. Instead, we’ll bring it back to our factory, and you can either collect the following day between 9:00am and 9:30am or arrange a redelivery at a convenient time.
Cupcakes, cake pops, and non-refrigerated products are a different story. These can safely be left with a neighbour if you’re not home — and if we do so, we’ll send you an email straight away to let you know exactly where your order is.
We know how much these occasions matter. We will always do the right thing by your cake.
What if my cake arrives damaged?
It’s rare — but if it ever happens, contact us immediately with a photo and we will sort it. No argument, no lengthy process. We stand behind every cake we make and we’ll make it right.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We completely understand that plans can change — and we’ll always try our best to help when they do. Here’s our policy, explained honestly:
We require a minimum of 5 days’ notice to cancel an order. This is because every cake is made specifically for you — and the process starts much earlier than most people realise. Toppers, non-edible decorations, and custom elements are often prepared days in advance, so by the time you might think of cancelling, work on your order may already be well underway.
Why does work begin so quickly? Our factory runs on a fully integrated, AI-powered order management system. The moment your order is placed, it is automatically distributed across our production team — ingredients are allocated, decorations are scheduled, and your delivery slot is locked in. This is how we’re able to consistently deliver such high quality at speed. It also means that once an order enters our system, reversing it is genuinely difficult.
Cancelled with more than 5 days’ notice — eligible for a full refund. Cancelled with less than 5 days’ notice — unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, as production will already be in progress. Changed your mind within minutes of ordering? Call us immediately — if we catch it before it enters production, we’ll do everything we can.

Yes — our recipe contains no meat products and no alcohol, making our cakes vegetarian-friendly and suitable for guests who don’t consume meat or alcohol. We’re proud that families of all backgrounds can enjoy our cakes without compromise.
Do your cakes contain nuts?
Our base recipe does not contain nuts. However, we are not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens due to the environment in which we work. Do your cakes contain alcohol?
No — our recipe contains no alcohol. This is something a lot of our customers specifically look for, and we’re happy to confirm it clearly. Our cakes are suitable for guests who don’t consume alcohol.
How should I store the cake once it arrives?
We’ll send you full storage and handling instructions before your delivery arrives — but here’s the essential guide so you know exactly what to expect:
In the fridge: Store your cake below 5°C as soon as it arrives. Keep it in its box — this protects the decoration and keeps it fresh. Every order comes with a use-by date, and your cake will be at its absolute best within that window.
Before serving: This is the step most people miss — and it makes a real difference to the taste. Take your cake out of the fridge 20 to 40 minutes before you slice it, depending on the room temperature. Buttercream is always best enjoyed at room temperature, not straight from the fridge. Cold buttercream can taste dense and heavy — room temperature buttercream is light, creamy, and exactly as it’s meant to be.
When displaying your cake: Keep it away from direct heat, direct sunlight, and any warm surfaces. Leave it in its box right up until the moment you’re ready to serve — this keeps the decoration intact and the buttercream looking perfect for those photos.
One final tip: We always recommend ordering your cake for the day before your event and storing it overnight in the fridge. It’ll be perfectly fresh on the day, and you’ll have one less thing to think about on the morning of the party.
